Leadership and personal development
As a life-long learner, I believe in the power of self-development. So when I think of leadership and personal development, there really are one and the same thing for me.
To me, leadership starts with how you show up and lead your own life, whether it's at work or at home.
I regularly run workshops and webinars to help high-achieving professional women become better leaders. I believe that, for many women, leadership has less to do with strategic thinking, or influencing, and more to do with becoming more at peace with who we are, so that our natural leadership can shine through.
Here are some of the themes I explore in my various events.

“Fantastic event, it was great to see that others had similar feelings. It is not usually spoken about therefore I assumed it's only me experiencing this.
I loved the relaxed nature and calm manner in which Nathalie facilitated the session.”
