The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform you what personally identifiable information may be collected and how it may be used. We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

How we store your personal information

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

Your contact details may also be held in the Cordell Coaching Gmail mailbox, which is subject to Google’s privacy policy and a copy backed-up on our personal computer, in a secured folder.

Third party use of data

We may share your information with ICF or other equivalent governing body, for the purpose of accreditation and/or supervision.

We will also share your information with third parties when you explicitly require and authorise us to do so.

Additionally, the website may use third-party service providers to service various aspects of the website. Third-party service providers’ use of your personal information is dictated by their respective privacy policies.

Other than if/when required by law, we will not sell, distribute, or reveal your personal information without your consent. Should any third parties acquire all or a part of the business, we may transfer personal data collected through the website.

How long we retain your data

Automatically collected data will be recorded indefinitely. Any data you submit voluntarily will be kept for the duration needed to provide the service to you or until you choose to opt-out or withdraw your data.

Once we enter into a coaching contract, we will also keep your information, for as long as it is required, to fulfil the following purposes:

To support accreditation - we must keep and submit a log of all client work, including name, contact information and duration of coaching relationship.
To comply with the terms of our insurance – we must keep records for at least 7 years following our last session.

We review the data we hold and delete any unnecessary information on an annual basis.

How we communicate with you

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our user agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.
