“When we are no longer able to change a situation,
we are challenged to change ourselves.”
VIKTOR E. FRANKL
Do you often feel...
Do you want a change in your life but are unsure how to approach it? Maybe you’ve tried before and it hasn’t worked?
Do you feel stuck, unable to live the life you want or repeating the same patterns?
Maybe you have everything you desire in life but somehow still feel like something is missing.
Do you feel lost or long for something different,
or something more, but are not sure what that is?
Or maybe you have
a clear vision.
But living up to it is leaving you exhausted,
and unable to fully enjoy it.
Are you surviving
rather than thriving?
I used to.
On the surface, I had everything to be happy: good health, a loving family, a great job and an amazing house. And yet, I was not fulfilled. I kept looking for things on the outside, to ease the disconnect and discontent I felt on the inside. I was longing for a change, for something else but I didn't know what.
I thought that if I could 'fix' my relationship, be the perfect parent, find the right job or get the house 'as I wanted it', then bliss would ensue.
It didn't. Not until I realised that the change had to happen on the inside first.
Are you ready to live the life you really want ?
My clients come to me for a variety of reasons, such as lack of confidence, impostor syndrome, finding their voice or increasing their leadership presence, career direction/change, navigating change, managing boundaries, non-aggressive assertiveness, motivation/meaning, emotional mastery, authenticity, etc.
Although if you think about it, it is the same reason: they want something to change!
No matter how much we want a change, when it comes to making it happen, we are often the ones standing in our own way. So sometimes, we need outside help to see what we cannot see from the inside.
I can help you figure out how you really want to live your life and how to make the change you want to see happen.
Here are some examples of what you get by working with me.
(Founder, Onyx Learning & Development)
“I have a greater sense of peace, I don’t feel the need to hold on so tight. I feel ready for the adventure ahead and have found a much happier way of being."
(Learning professional, GSK)
"It’s hard for me to put into words how valuable was my coaching with Nathalie. I grew more, being gentle to myself and learn where to spend my time, energy, and focus."
(Future leader graduate, GSK)
“The experience was really enlightening as I gained skills on self-reflection and allowed time to really dig deeper on what I want for the future, who I am and why/where that comes from.”
Why work with me?
I am passionate about driving positive and sustainable change in the world, be it in people or organisations. I believe that everyone has the potential to do that and that it starts with taking the responsibility to change and better ourselves. Because how we are affects everyone around us. So we each have the power to create the world we want to see.
I work with professionals and leaders who want to live a more authentic life, aligned with their purpose and become a powerful force for positive change in the world. Whatever you are seeking to manifest, I hope that working together will renew or give you a sense of purpose, direction and hope.
“Nathalie's approach is very different than traditional coaching as she helped me understand my aspirations, which then enabled me to visualize the outcome I wanted to achieve and the steps I needed to take to get there.
Thanks again for everything, this experience has been truly transformational!"
