About the event
Do you find it hard to say ‘no’ to things? Do you feel guilty when you do so?
Or do you find yourself saying ‘yes’ despite your better judgement and immediately regretting it?
Or maybe you find ways around it by making excuses for why you can’t do something?
All of these are signs that you may be struggling with boundaries.
Most of us have heard of the importance of having good boundaries – but what does that really mean?
What are boundaries? How do you establish and maintain them? And why should you care?
In this workshop, I will share some learning and guide you through self-reflection and group exercises so you can:
- recognise your boundaries and identify where they need work.
- understand the underlying drivers and mindsets that cause you to override them.
- get clearer on where you want to be and what is getting in your way.
- practice facing your fears and limiting mindsets when it comes to setting boundaries.
Please note that this is an interactive event, where you will be participating in live (video) conversations.
So only register if you can commit to attending and participating (ideally on camera) the entire session.
I look forward to seeing you there!
