About the event
Do you recognise the feeling? You know, the nagging feeling that you are not really sure how you got to where you are and that it’s only a matter of time before people find out and expose your incompetence?
You have probably heard of the impostor phenomenon but do you know how to overcome it?
In this webinar, we will help you get under the skin of your impostor feelings and understand where they stem from.
You will participate in exercises and group discussions to learn some simple but powerful tools to calm your self-doubt and activate your inner cheerleader.
During this 90 min webinar, we will:
- Share data and research regarding impostor 'syndrome', drawing on the work of Shirzad Shamine and his Positive Intelligence® framework.
- Go through exercises and reflections to help you understand what drives your feelings of inadequacy and practice shifting from self-sabotage to self-love.
- Share take-home exercises and resources to continue learning and deepen the work.
Please note that this is an interactive event, where you will be participating in live (video) conversations.
So only register if you can commit to attending and participating (ideally on camera) the entire session.
